Most merchants are fully live in 24–72 hours, including processor connections, evidence templates and team training.
We integrate natively with 50+ processors including Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, Worldpay and Checkout.com. Legacy processors can connect via SFTP or CSV.
Yes — Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day no-risk trial. Enterprise customers get a custom pilot.

Product & workflow

Representment is the process of contesting a chargeback by submitting compelling evidence to the cardholder’s issuing bank. SecureShieldPay automates evidence collection, generates a tailored rebuttal letter and files it within deadline.
3DS shifts fraud liability from the merchant to the issuer when an authentication step is passed. We orchestrate 3DS only on risky transactions to maximize approvals while keeping you protected.
Card networks generally allow 7–20 days depending on reason code and region. We start the response within hours so you never miss a deadline.
Yes. Our AI drafts every letter, but a certified dispute specialist QAs and signs off before anything is filed.
